Simply start your return online and select the eligible item(s) you’d like to send back. This includes eligible items from THE ICONIC and our Marketplace Sellers.
Just make sure your items meet our Returns Policy requirements, including being unused, unworn, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Some items, like Final Sale items or certain hygiene products, can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
