Check Your Email: After you initiate your change of mind return, we’ll send a confirmation email with your return label attached. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Find It in Your ICONIC Account:
- Log in and go to ‘Your Orders.’
- Click on ‘View Order Details’ next to the order you’re returning.
- Hit ‘Download Return Label’—and you’re all set!
