How do I place an order to a Parcelpoint by HUBBED?
Its a breeze! Simply select “Parcelpoint by HUBBED” during checkout under delivery options and select your preferred pick-up point. Once your parcel has been delivered, you'll get a friendly notification from Parcelpoint by HUBBED letting you know that your order is ready to collect.
Note: Be sure to pick up your order within 7 business days to avoid any late fees. Locations will only hold your parcel for 14 business days before it gets returned to our Fulfilment Center.
How do I pick up my order from Parcelpoint by HUBBED?
Simply take a valid photo ID such as a driver's license or passport and quote your ICONIC order number at the pickup point. You can also show the pickup notification as well as your photo ID and you will be able to pick up your parcel.
Can I return items via Parcelpoint by HUBBED?
Absolutely! Just like picking up your order, returning items from THE ICONIC through Parcelpoint by HUBBED is easy. To return, log into your ICONIC account and initiate the return process. Once you've submitted your return request, choose to drop off your parcel at the nearest Parcelpoint by HUBBED location. You'll receive a returns label to attach to your parcel, and you're all set to go.
What if I can't make it to a Parcelpoint?
No worries! You can easily arrange to have your parcel picked up from your address for a small fee of just $4.95.
What is HUBBED Martin Place?
For the first time, THE ICONIC customers can pick up, try-on and return orders on the spot, at the innovative space in Martin Place, Sydney. Just select “Parcelpoint by HUBBED” during checkout under delivery options and select Martin Place Metro Station, Sydney, as your pick-up point. Official trading hours for you to pick-up, try-on and return orders are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6pm.
