How do I place an order to Parcelpoint by HUBBED?
When you’re checking out, select Parcelpoint by HUBBED under your delivery options, then choose your preferred pick-up point.
Once your parcel has arrived, Parcelpoint by HUBBED will send you a notification to let you know it’s ready to collect.
Please pick up your order within 7 business days to avoid any late fees. Parcelpoint by HUBBED locations can only hold parcels for up to 14 business days before they’re returned to our Fulfilment Centre.
How do I pick up my order from Parcelpoint by HUBBED?
To collect your parcel, please bring:
- A valid photo ID, such as a driver licence or passport
- Your THE ICONIC order number, or your Parcelpoint by HUBBED pick-up notification
Once your details are checked, you’ll be able to collect your order.
Can I return items via Parcelpoint by HUBBED?
Yes, you can. To return your items:
- Log in to your THE ICONIC account
- Start your return request
- Choose to drop off your parcel at a nearby Parcelpoint by HUBBED location
- Attach your return label to your parcel
- Drop it off at your selected location
What if I can't make it to a Parcelpoint?
No worries, you can arrange to have your parcel picked up from your address for a small fee of $4.95.
What is HUBBED Martin Place?
HUBBED Martin Place is a pick-up, try-on and return location in Sydney where THE ICONIC customers can collect their order, try it on, and return it on the spot if needed.
To use this location, select Parcelpoint by HUBBED at checkout and choose Martin Place Metro Station, Sydney as your pick-up point.
Trading hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:00pm.
