To be a part of this promotion, customers can simply place an eligible order over $100 on THE ICONIC between 7:00am on 14 July 2026 AEST and 11:59pm on 28 September 2026 AEST and choose an Australia Post Parcel Locker as their delivery address. To select a Parcel Locker, click the ‘Collection Point’ tab on THE ICONIC website or app and choose your preferred location. If your order is eligible, you’ll receive free express delivery.
Are all orders eligible for this promotion?
No. This offer is only applicable for eligible orders over $100 that select an Australia Post Parcel Locker as the delivery address. Items sent directly by a Marketplace Seller are excluded from this promotion. The offer is also not applicable to red pen sale items or the excluded brands listed in the campaign terms and conditions. If a customer does not select an Australia Post Parcel Locker as their delivery address via the collection tab at checkout, they will not be eligible for the offer.
Do I receive a voucher or code?
There’s no voucher needed for this promotion. If you’re eligible, free Express Delivery will be automatically applied at checkout when you select an Australia Post Parcel Locker as your delivery address.
What are the terms and conditions of this promotion?
Minimum spend: Eligible order must be over $100.
Key exclusions: The offer does not apply to:
- Items sent directly by a Marketplace Seller
- Red pen sale items
- Excluded brands listed in the T&Cs

Can I apply the free express delivery offer after placing my order?

What happens if I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If the delivery address is changed after the order is placed, the promotion may no longer apply. The order must be placed with an Australia Post Parcel Locker selected as the delivery address at checkout to be eligible.
