How do I place an order to a Parcelpoint?
It’s easy! Simply select “Parcelpoint” in the checkout under delivery options and select your preferred pick-up point. Once your parcel has been successfully delivered, you will receive a notification from Parcelpoint that your order is ready to collect.
Keep in mind that you need to pick up your order from the Parcelpoint location within 7 business days otherwise they may charge you a late fee. Locations will only hold your parcel for 14 business days before it gets returned to our Fulfilment Center.
How do I pick up my order from Parcelpoint?
Simply take a valid photo ID such as a driver's license or passport and quote your ICONIC order number at the pickup point – it's that easy! You can also show the pickup notification as well as your photo ID and you will be able to pick up your parcel.
Does THE ICONIC let me return via Parcelpoint?
Yes! Just like picking up your parcel from a local Parcelpoint location, you can also drop off your parcel ordered via THE ICONIC main site.
Returning through Parcelpoint can be arranged whilst initiating a return through your ICONIC account. As soon as you have submitted your return request, select to drop your parcel off at the nearest location, and a returns label will be provided. Make sure this is attached to your parcel and you are ready to go.
Can’t get there? You can also organise to have your parcel picked up from your address for a small fee of $4.95.
