This means that you will no longer be able to add items directly from THE ICONIC Website or App to AirRobe’s Circular Wardrobe™. However, you are able to continue to utilise AirRobe’s Circular Wardrobe™ on airrobe.com.
Why the change?
Both AirRobe and THE ICONIC are committed to providing its customers with solutions to extend the life of their clothing, keeping items in use for as long as possible. At the same time, fashion circularity is an innovative space and we’re constantly learning about what our customers really want when it comes to their circular fashion needs. We believe that now is the right time for us to pause and understand what this looks like. Both THE ICONIC and AirRobe remain proud of the progress that was achieved as a result of this partnership, and we look forward to sharing updates in this space when the time comes. What happens to my items on AirRobe?
The items that you’ve already added to Circular Wardrobe™ will remain available in your AirRobe account, to list on AirRobe Marketplace in the future. Listings you’ve already created to resell or rent items, will remain live and available for buyers and renters on AirRobe Marketplace. In the future, you can still list your personal fashion items directly through the AirRobe website.
