Please log in to your ICONIC account and initiate a return by selecting ‘I have received the incorrect product’ as the reason. Choose ‘exchange’ as your return request and select the same size – this will keep a replacement on hold.
If we no longer have stock available, we suggest requesting a full refund or 100% store credit.
Simply print off the label, stick it to the outside of your return parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.
