- Choose ‘Faulty’ as the return reason and provide details of the issue—this helps us assess your return quickly.
- Pick your preferred option: full refund, exchange, or 100% store credit (if applicable).
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll replace it or refund you to your original payment method. Please note that if the issue is due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or not following the manufacturer’s instructions, it may not be considered a defect.
