If your item is faulty please follow these simple steps to return the item for assessment:

2. Select 'Returns' from your account menu.
3. Follow the prompts to initiate your return and confirm that your item matches the return rules.
4. Ensure you select ‘faulty’ as the return reason and provide details of the fault - this helps us process your return quickly once the item is received.
5. Choose your preferred option: full refund, exchange, or 100% store credit (if applicable).
6. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll either replace it or refund the price to your original payment method. Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow instructions don’t count as defects.
