When lodging change of mind returns for multiple orders, we recommend sending each order back separately with their own unique tracking number (AP Article ID) to ensure that each return can be tracked and processed without delay.
If you are sending them back together in one parcel, please ensure that you lodge a return for each order for the items you want to send back, print each unique label off, attach one label to the outside of the package, and place the remaining labels inside the package with the items you are returning. When sending back multiple orders in one package, it’s best to follow this option as it will avoid any confusion and delays in processing your returns.
If you need to send your order back in more than one return satchel but have only received one return label, please reach out to our customer service team who will be able to provide you with another unique return label.
Please keep in mind that duplicating labels will impact the way in which a return can be tracked and processed.
