How can I tell which items are Pre-Loved onsite?
All Pre-Loved products will clearly state ‘Pre-Loved’ as the opening word on the product name, so it is easy for customers to know that they are buying secondhand goods.
Commentary on any imperfections is supplied via the product description, rating card and images.
How are Pre-Loved items packaged?
All Pre-Loved luxury and designer bags (sold by Azura) will come in original packaging with designer tags, and then placed in an ICONIC satchel or box. All Pre-Loved products must be returned with all original packaging.
All trend and vintage Pre-Loved products sent by The Real Deal will come packaged in ICONIC satchels.
